Due to its location on a compact city lot, William Jones College Preparatory High School in downtown Chicago was built vertically over seven floors. To enhance the student experience in such a tall building, Perkins+Will integrated FireLite Plus® fire-rated, safety-rated glass from Technical Glass Products throughout the design. This allowed light and openness to fill the school, while providing superior fire and impact protection.
